nTropi

Owner commerce

Sponsor a listing without buying a rank

How nTropi's scarce monthly sponsorship inventory, eligibility review, one-time checkout, and refunds work. Every placement says “Sponsored,” uses current canonical listing data, and stays outside organic results and structured ranking data.

Production sponsorship checkout and paid rendering are not publicly available yet. Milestone 07 keeps production controls disabled while the complete lifecycle is verified in isolated Creem test mode.

Four exact placement surfaces

Ranked views

A separate card above an exact directory ranking. The listing must already qualify organically for that view.

App details

A different published app sharing the viewed app’s canonical primary category.

Tool details

A published listing explicitly approved for the static tool category.

Alternative targets

A listing already approved as a directional alternative to that exact target.

Booking and approval

  1. An approved owner chooses one canonical context and UTC calendar month.
  2. nTropi rechecks publication, ownership, and surface-specific eligibility.
  3. Admin approval reserves the only slot for 48 hours and snapshots the configured Creem test/prod product, currency, and minor-unit amount.
  4. The owner completes a one-time Creem checkout. A browser return page remains pending.
  5. Only a reconciled, signed Creem webhook schedules the placement.

Refunds and disputes

An owner may request a full refund before the booked UTC month starts. The request keeps the slot held; an admin initiates the full Creem refund, and only the verified refund webhook releases it. There are no prorated mid-month refunds. A documented, explicitly confirmed service-failure override can allow a full post-start refund.

A payment dispute immediately suppresses the paid card. It never archives the organic listing or changes its scores or rank.

Owner eligibility

Campaigns are available only to verified members with an active, editor-approved owner grant for a published canonical listing. Eligibility is checked again at submission, approval, checkout, payment confirmation, and every active-placement resolution.
